Hike For Eggs guide
The short version. There are no codes to redeem in this game, so everything below is about the trail and your base.
1. The loop, in one paragraph
Hike up the trail to find an animal nest, steal the egg, then run back to your base before the parent catches you. Hatch the egg in your pen and place the animal so it starts earning Cash. Everything else in the game — poles, Strength, rebirth, ranger camps — exists to let you get further up the trail and bring back better eggs.
2. Strength is the stat that gates everything
Climbing costs Strength, and each stage shows a Recommended Strength before you enter it — stage 2 asks for 2.4K. Under that number the game tells you outright: train more Strength to outrun this stage's parent. Strength comes from the treadmill at your base, from poles, and from the three Strength packs at the top of the screen (+10K, +100K, +1M Strength).
3. Buy poles in this order
Starter poles are free and equipped from the start, and they add +1 Strength. Driftwood poles cost $500 for +3; Rusty poles cost $11.0K for +8. Each tier costs roughly 20x the last while the Strength gain only roughly doubles, so buy the next pole when the trail is what is blocking you, not just because you have the Cash. The game puts a constant reminder at the bottom of the screen naming your next pole and its price.
4. Rebirth, and what it actually multiplies
Rebirth resets your Strength and level but keeps Cash, poles, upgrades and pets. The panel shows the trade before you commit: at level 25 the first Rebirth takes Strength from x1.5 to x1.75 and Cash from x1.2 to x1.6, and raises the level cap from 25 to 50. You can also pay Robux to skip straight past the level requirement.
5. Your first session
Follow the tutorial arrows: climb stage 1, tap the nest to steal, run back to base, tap inside the pen to place the egg, then hatch it. Buy Driftwood poles ($500) as soon as you can, because +1 to +3 Strength compounds into how far you get. The Agility shop upgrade is the other early buy the game nags you about. The 2x Cash and 2x Strength buttons on the right are Robux purchases, not Cash.
6. What the panel numbers mean
Cash per second is what a placed pet earns; the figure on each pet card is that pet's own rate. Strength per second is what the treadmill trains. Level goes to 25 before your first Rebirth and 50 after it. The Egg Reset timer in the corner is when the eggs on the trail respawn — plan a run around it, and note the game runs a STORM! event that spawns fresh eggs on a separate countdown.
